Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
• Europe: 5–10 working days
• International: 7–14 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

RETURNS – LIMITED WORLD CUP COLLECTION

Due to the time-sensitive nature of this World Cup collection, returns must be requested and shipped back within 10 days of delivery.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

To initiate a return, please email access@fttk.club with your Order Number and Reason for Return. Our team aims to respond within 24-48 business hours with the return address and further instructions.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn and unused
• Item must be in perfect condition
• All original tags and labels must remain attached
• Item must be returned in original packaging where possible
• Items showing any signs of wear, washing, damage, or removed labels will not be accepted

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 working days for returns to be processed once received.
