Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your order, and sending it back if it isn't right.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery times and costs

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 working days. Free UK delivery.
  • Europe: 5–10 working days. Cost shown at checkout.
  • Rest of world: 7–14 working days. Cost shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with location, customs and seasonal demand.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These are set by local customs and are the recipient's responsibility.

Orders placed before release

If you order an item before its release date, the expected dispatch date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched.

RETURNS

Your right to cancel

You can change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This applies to every FTTK order.

How to return

  1. Email access@fttk.club within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you're returning. You can use the form below, but you don't have to.
  2. We'll reply within 24–48 business hours with the return address.
  3. Send the item(s) back within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling.

Condition

You may try items on as you would in a shop. Please return them unwashed, unworn beyond trying on, with tags attached and in the original packaging where possible. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Refunds

  • We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving proof that you've sent it, whichever comes first.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method.
  • If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
  • You pay the cost of sending items back, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email access@fttk.club with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return postage and offer a replacement or a full refund. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected, including your right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.

Exchanges

To change size, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
