1. WHO WE ARE

This website is operated by For Those That Know Ltd ("FTTK", "we", "us"). We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17028666. Our registered office is at 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom.

2. THESE TERMS

These terms apply to every order placed on fttk.club. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

3. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to show products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Our garments are garment-washed, so small variations in tone between pieces are normal and not a fault. Sizing guidance is given on each product page.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
  • If we make a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we have received it. The contract between us starts when we confirm your order is dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or an order looks fraudulent or is placed for commercial resale. If we decline your order after taking payment, we refund you in full.

6. FIRST ACCESS AND LIMITED RELEASES

  • Joining a First Access list is free and does not commit you to buy anything.
  • If you order an item before its release date, the expected dispatch date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.
  • If the dispatch date changes, we will email you. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
  • Limited releases are made in small numbers and may not be restocked.

7. DELIVERY

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Items are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to the address you gave us.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND FAULTY GOODS

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason. If goods are faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

9. OUR LIABILITY

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We supply products for personal use only and are not liable for any business losses.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, graphics, logos and content on this site belong to For Those That Know Ltd. You may not copy or reproduce them without our written permission.

11. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one affects your order, we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

12. COMPLAINTS

If something isn't right, email access@fttk.club and we'll work to resolve it quickly.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
